Kareem Ladki
Kareem Ladki is a former youth soccer director and elite coach with nearly a decade of international experience driving high-performance programs in the United States and Lebanon. He specializes in building high-intensity training environments that transform raw player potential into top-level talent.
Most recently, Kareem served as the Boys U11–U19 Director and ECNL Director at Potomac Soccer Club. Before his time in the U.S., he co-founded and directed the Pro Football Academy in Beirut, scaling it from 25 to over 300 players in its first year. His international resume also includes serving as Assistant Manager for professional club Racing Beirut.
